Refund Policy
At Lucky’s Bike Rentals, LLC (“Lucky’s,” “we,” “our”), we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable rental experience. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for rentals, reservations, and related services.
1. Cancellations Before Pickup
• Full Refund: Reservations canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled drop off time are eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before drop off may receive a 50% refund, depending on demand and availability.
• No-Show: Failure to arrive for a scheduled rental without notice results in no refund.
2. Weather-Related Refunds
• Unsafe Weather (e.g., lightning, heavy storms):
Lucky’s may issue a full refund or reschedule the rental at no charge.
• Light rain or mild weather does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Determinations about weather safety are made at Lucky’s discretion.
3. Early Returns
Returning equipment early does not qualify for a refund of unused time, except where required by local law or in special cases determined by Lucky’s.
4. Equipment Issues
If your rental equipment has a mechanical issue not caused by misuse, Lucky’s will:
• Repair or replace the equipment, or
• Offer a partial or full refund if the issue prevents reasonable use.
You must notify Lucky’s at the time the problem occurs for an adjustment to be considered.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
• Completed rental periods
• Damage fees
• Lost or stolen equipment charges
• Optional add-ons already used (e.g., helmet upgrades, accessories)
• Gift card purchases
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cash refunds may only be given when the original payment was made in cash.
